Upgrade your stopping power with Alcon’s big brake upgrade & front brake kit for the INEOS Grenadier. Featuring oversized 13.5″ rotors, 4-piston cast iron calipers, and all required hardware, this kit delivers superior braking performance, durability, and cooling over the factory system.

Developed by Alcon and engineered for the INEOS Grenadier, this front brake kit is built to withstand the demands of heavy off-road use while improving on-road safety and control. The upgrade replaces the factory 12-5/8″ rotor and 2-piston cast iron caliper with a massive 13.5″ diameter rotor and robust 4-piston cast iron caliper. A billet steel, zinc-plated caliper bracket ensures precise mounting and long-term strength. The kit also includes corrosion-treated rotors with directional cooling vanes for better heat management and a set of braided steel brake lines to complete installation. Designed to clear factory wheels as well as Agile’s Overland HD and XT wheels, this system offers uncompromising performance without sacrificing fitment.

13.5″ rotors with directional cooling vanes – At 13.5″ in diameter, these rotors provide significantly more braking surface than the factory 12-5/8″ design. Directional vanes promote airflow to reduce heat buildup, extending pad and rotor life while improving performance under repeated braking.

Heavy-Duty Calipers and Brackets

4-piston cast iron calipers with billet steel brackets – Replacing the factory 2-piston cast iron calipers, Alcon’s 4-piston cast iron units deliver stronger, more even clamping force. The included billet steel caliper brackets are zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, ensuring precise fitment and lasting reliability in all conditions.

Clears factory Grenadier wheels and Agile Offroad wheels – This kit is engineered to clear both factory Grenadier wheels and Agile’s Overland HD & XT wheel designs without spacers or modifications.
